HOPE, AR (March 5, 2025) – Every year, something remarkable happens in Hope—the birthplace of Klipsch®. Fans from across the globe make their way to this small town to celebrate a true legend in sound, Paul W. Klipsch. The annual Klipsch Pilgrimage is more than just a gathering; it’s a living tribute to a brand that has inspired generations. The 2025 Pilgrimage will take place on March 7 and 8, honoring what would have been Paul W. Klipsch’s 121st birthday.

Klipsch is proud to sponsor this annual event, hosted by the Klipsch Museum of Audio History, a nonprofit organization founded in 2016 to preserve and celebrate Paul W. Klipsch’s pioneering contributions to sound technology. The museum houses an invaluable collection of Klipsch artifacts and archival materials, offering an unmatched look at the history of high-performance audio. Pilgrimage attendees will have exclusive access to guided museum tours, live music performances, technical discussions, and a unique opportunity to experience Klipsch history firsthand.

Paul W. Klipsch’s principal engineer and protégé, Roy “Chief Bonehead” Delgado Jr., fondly recalls his mentor: “Mr. K was always pushing the boundaries for state-of-the-art loudspeaker science. In the years since his passing, we felt it was important to honor his life and continue to inspire the passion for accurate sound reproduction and learning that he instilled in me and the many loyal Klipsch fans throughout his lifetime. The annual Pilgrimage weekend is a fantastic opportunity to gather our loyal, ever-growing Klipsch community and celebrate Mr. K’s legacy.”

The 2025 Pilgrimage will feature a jam-packed schedule, including museum tours, expert-led discussions, and one-of-a-kind listening experiences. Most notably, the event will host the Chief Bonehead Class, an in-depth educational session led by Delgado, diving into the advantages of digital signal processing (DSP) for fully horn-loaded speakers.

All events other than the class are FREE to the public. Tickets for the class are priced at $100 for Museum members and $150 for non-members. Ticket and membership details can be found at www.klipschmuseum.org.

A Brand with a Legacy Like No Other

Klipsch has been hosting pilgrimages to Hope for decades—long before fan gatherings became a trend. The event is an incredibly unique experience in the world of audio, bringing together lifelong enthusiasts, new fans, and the very engineers behind Klipsch’s legendary products. The fact that a speaker company can inspire such devotion speaks volumes about the brand’s legacy and the deep connection it has with its community.

About the Klipsch Museum of Audio History

The Klipsch Museum of Audio History was founded in 2016 in Hope, Arkansas, with the vision of fostering interest in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics through the example of Klipsch founder Paul W. Klipsch (PWK) (3/9/1904–5/5/2002). PWK inspired engineers with his technical prowess, his products brought audio realism (some call it “hi-fi”) into countless homes, and his eccentric genius behavior awed some and amused others. The Klipsch Museum of Audio History and its related facilities managed by the nonprofit Klipsch Heritage Museum Association, whose mission is to restore, preserve, maintain, and display its historic collection of Klipsch® and Klipsch-related artifacts and archival materials, and to conduct important historical research. In addition to its permanent exhibits, the Klipsch Museum facilities host educational programs and special events that welcome visitors, engage the community, celebrate music, and inspire innovation in the spirit of its beloved founder.
