LIMITED WARRANTY - B-STOCK/ CERTIFIED FACTORY REFURBISHED/GOODS
Warranty within Australia
Premium Audio Company (PAC) warrants to the original retail purchaser that products sold as “B-stock or Certified Factory Refurbished” will be free from defective materials (unless otherwise stated in the product description) and workmanship for ninety (90) days from the date of purchase, subject to the limitations below. This warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace the product. Except as limited below, if this product proves defective in either material or workmanship, PAC, at its option, will (a) repair the product, or (b) replace the product, at no charge for parts or labor. If the product model is no longer available and cannot be repaired effectively or replaced with an identical model, PAC at its sole option may replace the unit with a current model of equal or greater value. In some cases, modification to the mounting surface may be required where a new model is substituted. PAC assumes no responsibility or liability for such modification. To obtain a repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty, you must return the product to the dealer from which it was purchased with your original receipt. If the return of the product to the dealer from which it was purchased is impossible, you must contact our warranty service number at 1800 849 086 to arrange for the return of the product to us or in-field destruction of the product at our option, as well as provision of your original receipt to us. Return, repair, and replacement shipping, liability, and the cost is the responsibility of the original retail purchaser.
Limitations:
- This limited warranty does not cover failure of the product arising, in whole or in part, from improper installation, storage, transportation, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, mishandling, unauthorized repair, modification, commercial use, or wear from ordinary use or environmental deterioration.
- This limited warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, including paint damage, or consequential damage to other components or premises which may result for any reason from the failure of the product.
- This limited warranty is null and void for products not used in accordance with PAC's instructions.
- This limited warranty is null and void for products with altered or missing serial numbers, and/or if the date stamp has been altered or removed, and/or for products not purchased from Premium Audio Company or an authorized dealer
- This limited warranty terminates if the original retail purchaser sells or otherwise transfers this product.
- This limited warranty is null and void for defects or damage caused by installation or repair performed by any person or entity other than a Klipsch authorized installer or dealer.
- This limited warranty does not apply to any product sold “AS IS” or “WITH ALL FAULTS.”
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:
- To cancel your service contract with us; and
- To a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.
You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
Warranty Outside Australia
Premium Audio Co. does not provide any warranty for B-stock products sold or taken outside Australia due to voltage issues, certification concerns, and possible transit damage.
